Nimbus has acquired the assets of Rudolf Bohnacker Systeme GmbH.
The company is Europe's number one supplier of shelving and storage solutions for the do-it-yourself industry. In this market segment it is active with Element System.
Using the shoptec brandname the company markets high-quality shopfitting modules for aspirational general and pharmacy shopfitting concepts.
The products are sold in more than 60 countries in all continents.
