Nimbus acquires Holland Herstel Groep
Holland Herstel Groep (HHG) started in 1994 with only two men and became part of the Rentokil Group nine years later. The company provides first emergency aid and direct damage stop in the event of a fire as well as cleaning and repair after serious water damage.
When this year Rentokil decided that the activities of HHG were no longer within the core activities, the search for a new party who could provide sufficient knowledge, expertise and capital began. Nimbus was lucky to acquire this key player and looks forward working together with management to help HHG grow rapidly in the coming years.
