CIG group divests THR Marine
Nimbus is pleased to announce that CIG International has divested THR Marine, a Groningen based company specialized in the design, manufacture, installation and maintenance of winches, anchors and mooring equipment.
The new shareholder, THR Marine Holding BV, will focus on expanding the position of THR Marine in the worldwide shipbuilding market based on the brand names Ten Horn and Ridderinkhof, which have been in the market for more than 100 years.
Despite this transaction the CIG Group will remain active in the anchor and winches market with the brand names SEC Bremen and SEC Deck Machinery, supported by operations in Germany and China.
